Compensation is $56,212–$85,442 per year. The Director, Sales Operations is an onsite role based in Framingham, MA. for this position, which supports the Sales team in driving brand visibility and digital marketing success. This leadership role exists to scale, refine, and elevate the Sales organization by building a mature, predictable, and high-performing operating model. The Director will sharpen processes, improve forecasting rigor, and provide the structure necessary for the company to operate effectively at greater scale and complexity.

What you'll do

• Refine and evolve the existing Sales operating model, including territory design, segmentation, and coverage strategy.
• Strengthen sales processes to improve consistency, inspection, and predictability.
• Enhance the operating cadence across the Sales organization, including pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and quarterly business reviews.
• Own and elevate forecast methodology, accuracy, and accountability across Sales leadership.
• Partner with Analytics teams to develop and enhance dashboards, reporting, and analytics to support faster, more confident decision-making.
