Residential Support Staff — Swing Shift

Job overview

The Residential Support Staff — Swing Shift position is onsite in South Jordan, UT, with flexible part-time scheduling of 20–30 hours per week and swing-shift availability approximately 1:00 PM–11:00 PM. Pay is $15–$16 per hour. The Phoenix Recovery Center’s residential treatment team supports adults receiving mental health and substance use treatment. The role helps maintain a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment by assisting residents throughout the day, supporting program expectations, and communicating concerns to clinical, medical, or leadership staff.

What you'll do

• Support and supervise residents
• maintain a safe, structured, therapeutic environment and professional boundaries
• assist with medication administration under center policies and training
• monitor visitations
• respond to behavioral concerns
• complete documentation, audits, and shift duties
• maintain facility safety and cleanliness
• communicate resident concerns
• transport residents when needed
• attend required meetings and training.
