The Yard Driver is an onsite role based in Hermitage, TN, with a pay rate of $22.50/hour plus incentives. This role exists to manage the movement of tractor trailers to and from loading docks and designated parking areas. The Yard Driver ensures safe and efficient yard operations, including local driving to maintenance facilities, while adhering to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.

What you'll do

• Move tractor trailers to/from loading docks
• park trailers in designated areas
• transport trailers to offsite maintenance/inspection facilities
• perform pre/post-trip safety inspections
• maintain clean tractor and dock areas
• secure equipment and freight.
