What you'll do

• Develop, define, communicate, and execute the district install/operations business plan
• Lead district team and ensure connectivity between sales, installation, and service functions
• Take ownership for driving profitable business practice
• Responsible for overall P&L performance goals, metrics, and budget
• Ensure branch leadership has tools and metrics for effectiveness
• Provide leadership on cost controls
• Drive DSO metrics and manage Accounts Receivable
• Ensure safety program compliance.
