What you'll do

• Inspect guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• verify linens, amenities, and supplies
• identify deficiencies and ensure corrective action
• provide feedback and coaching to Room Attendants and Housemen
• assist with onboarding and training
• respond to guest concerns
• check carts, storage, and equipment for safety
• report hazards and maintenance needs
• document results and coordinate with housekeeping, the Front Desk, and Maintenance.
