What you'll do

• Develop and adjust dynamic pricing strategies
• evaluate trends and competitor rates

• oversee facility appearance and daily operations
• resolve performance issues
• coordinate event rentals and lot closures
• manage the Space Force enforcement fleet and part-time employee schedules
• develop the enforcement program
• travel for company events, location launches, and onboarding as described.
