What you'll do

• Direct job assignments and support precooked labor and operators
• train new line workers and operators
• perform and teach area jobs including oven operation, line work, robot operation, sanitation, and forklift operation
• monitor product quality and processing equipment
• maintain production and safety records
• report maintenance issues and complete work orders
• coach employees on productivity, quality, and cost control
• complete shift, downtime, and production reports in SAP and RedZone
• follow safety, GMP, sanitation, quality, and regulatory requirements.
