The director oversees center operations, supports children and families, coordinates staff, and helps maintain a safe and engaging learning environment. The role also handles inquiries, tours, marketing, enrollment leads, records, activities, and reporting; internships may involve small business operations, digital marketing, or IT projects.

What you'll do

• Oversee center operations Tuesday through Saturday
• respond to camp and center inquiries
• coordinate local and digital marketing
• follow up on leads, schedule tours, and support enrollment
• work with parents on children’s learning needs
• supervise and engage children and families
• maintain activity, attendance, and calendar records
• recruit and coordinate staff
• ensure a safe learning environment
• plan and conduct activities
• report center and student progress
• address emergencies and accidents.
