What you'll do

• Manage store operations as assigned and assume operational control when the Manager is absent.
• Maintain product availability and quality, complete opening and closing procedures and reports, handle banking and checkout, follow sanitation and equipment procedures, oversee stocking and FIFO rotation, address customer complaints, support catering and gifting fulfillment, train front-of-house staff, and oversee shipment unloading.
