What you'll do

• Process benefit enrollments and terminations
• track eligibility and enrollment notices
• reconcile carrier data and resolve discrepancies
• coordinate COBRA administration and timely termination processing
• serve as a day-to-day contact for brokers and carriers
• manage contractor license applications, renewals, and registered-agent records
• handle state tax, unemployment, and withholding registrations
• track filing deadlines and state obligations
• maintain onboarding paperwork and support onboarding/offboarding
• assist with claims documentation
• build SOPs and reference materials
• produce monthly benefits and compliance reports
• maintain organized records.
