What you'll do

• Support project billing, invoice preparation, review, submission, financial adjustments, and invoice requirements
• set up and maintain projects in the financial system
• maintain electronic project files and financial documentation
• update Excel billing and financial spreadsheets
• communicate with clients and internal teams
• protect confidential information
• provide project controls, accounting, and administrative support to branch and satellite offices
• perform other accounting or administrative duties as needed.
