What you'll do

• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer support for military-affiliated talent
• translate military occupational specialties and experience into business-relevant skills
• partner with hiring managers to attract qualified candidates
• build relationships with military installations, Transition Assistance Programs, military spouse and veteran organizations, and community partners
• attend hiring events and outreach activities
• assist with offer negotiations
• track recruiting metrics and hiring trends.
