What you'll do

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing
• apply paint and varnish using appropriate techniques
• maintain brushes, sprayers, and other tools
• use personal protective equipment
• build staging to OSHA standards
• handle, store, and dispose of coating materials safely
• coordinate hazardous-material disposal with the Safety Officer
• maintain quality and a safe work area.
