The Children’s Ministry Coordinator role is onsite in Fayetteville, NC, with 20–25 hours per week, including required Wednesday evening hours from 6:00–8:00 p.m. and Sunday hours from 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Compensation is $15–$20 per hour. The role supports the ministry’s goal of equipping children to become followers of Christ and contributes to their educational development.

What you'll do

• Attend to children’s and parents’ spiritual and educational needs
• create and select biblical teaching content and crafts
• teach biblical truths and lead worship
• plan church and community activities
• coordinate academic recognition and test-taking workshops
• recruit children and volunteers
• maintain ministry records
• train volunteers
• assess resources and recommend improvements
• contribute to ministry publications and procedures
• collaborate with church staff.
