The Float Therapist - Mental Health role is an onsite position located in Skokie, IL. Compensation is $29.00 - $34.00 per hour, and this role supports the clinical team at Skyway Behavioral Health, an innovative center focused on treating underlying causes of psychiatric disorders. This role exists to provide flexible therapeutic coverage across various levels of care, including PHP, IOP, and OP. The therapist delivers evidence-based interventions, conducts assessments, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to help patients achieve lasting recovery.

What you'll do

• Preps and provides coverage of group psychotherapy including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and evidence-based trauma treatment as needed
• Provides flexible coverage of individual and family therapy
• Reviews applicable client charts, evaluations, customized treatment plans, and all applicable care information prior to performing therapeutic interventions
• Provides coverage of neuromodulation integration as needed
• Completes progress notes in a timely fashion
• Coordinates case consultation with outside providers/treatment teams.
