What you'll do

• Apply ADDIE model and adult learning principles to design curriculum
• deliver instructor-led training via Learning Management Systems
• create learner-centered instructional materials
• collaborate with project managers on content development
• maintain project schedules
• consult with stakeholders to assess training needs.
