Shipping and Receiving Manager

The Shipping and Receiving Manager role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Pay is $60,000–$70,000 per year. Qual Pac provides contract packaging and fulfillment operations as part of Pro Pac’s packaging solutions business. The manager oversees daily shipping and receiving operations, department performance, and production goals. The role supports safe, accurate movement and inventory control while developing staff and coordinating logistics with customers, carriers, production, and supply chain teams.

What you'll do

• Manage shipping and receiving functions, policies, performance metrics, safety, audits, corrective actions, and staff training. Serve as liaison with customer logistics departments and carriers
• manage inventory and physical counts
• oversee WMS procedures, material movement, returns, and equipment condition
• coordinate with production and supply chain
• and conduct performance reviews.
