What you'll do

• Provide safe transportation for guests and team members using hotel vehicles
• assist with luggage and offer umbrellas or assistance during inclement weather
• maintain knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns and attractions
• complete timely airport, event and local pick-ups and drop-offs
• inspect vehicles before and after trips and report maintenance needs
• keep vehicles clean, fueled and stocked
• follow traffic laws and hotel safety protocols
• greet guests, confirm destinations and requests, communicate delays, handle inquiries and escalate complex issues
• log mileage, fuel use and trip details
• support special events and VIP transportation as directed.
