What you'll do

• Lead discovery sessions on revenue processes, pricing, contracts, and billing
• translate requirements into process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution proposals
• lead business analysis and solution design for one or two concurrent engagements
• define scope and manage scope changes
• help prioritize backlogs
• partner with architects, developers, and configurators
• support CPQ-to-ARM migrations
• facilitate demonstrations and proactive quality assurance
• guide client adoption
• communicate design rationale and project risks
• mentor business analysts and team members. Occasional travel may be required.
