What you'll do

• Operate pasteurizers, ultrafiltration, microfiltration, and evaporators
• monitor product temperature, composition, and other properties
• keep records
• sanitize equipment daily
• troubleshoot equipment
• support quality assurance and safety protocols
• support the production process from raw product to finished goods.
