What you'll do

• Accept, prioritize, diagnose, and resolve IT support requests
• provide phone, email, remote desktop, and desk-side support
• help develop and maintain desktop, laptop, and virtual desktop images
• participate in hardware and software rollouts
• provide technology tools and training
• maintain hardware and spare-parts inventory and coordinate repairs
• support mobile devices and Microsoft Intune
• allocate or purchase approved devices
• administer user access controls
• participate in technology initiatives.
