What you'll do

• Create and decorate custom cakes, cupcakes, and desserts
• prepare cakes, fillings, frostings, and decorative elements
• coordinate with front-of-house staff on order designs
• use piping, fondant, buttercream, lettering, sculpting, and other techniques
• follow order specifications and deadlines
• maintain sanitation and ingredient storage
• inspect, package, and prepare finished products
• monitor decorating supplies.
