The Engineering Technician II role is onsite in Orlando, FL; compensation starts at $19 per hour. The position supports maintenance and guest service at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa, which serves guests visiting Central Florida attractions.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, engineering projects, guest service requests, and resort improvements. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, basic electrical components, appliances, HVAC systems, and building fixtures
• complete carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish repairs
• maintain pools, spas, and water features
• manage work orders
• support inventory
• operate maintenance equipment safely
• and communicate maintenance concerns to guests, teammates, and leadership.

Why this role

Requires one to three years of relevant maintenance or skilled-trades experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and Certified Pool Operator certification or the ability to obtain it if required by the resort. Weekend, holiday, and flexible schedule availability is required.
