The Infant Lead Teacher (EEC Certified) role is onsite in Worcester, MA, with full-time Monday–Friday scheduling and pay of $23–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The Learning Experience – Worcester supports early learning and care for infants. The teacher leads classroom routines and learning experiences, providing individualized responsive care while supporting each infant's development. The role also guides assistant teachers and builds regular communication with families.

What you'll do

• Lead daily infant classroom routines and learning experiences
• provide individualized care
• support feeding, diapering, sleep, tummy time, and developmental routines
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• engage infants through sensory exploration, language, music, movement, and play
• observe and document development
• collaborate with assistant teachers and families
• maintain a safe, clean classroom
• follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.

Why this role
