What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for retail parts and service customers
• sell CAT parts and dealership solutions
• prepare quotes and process orders and returns
• coordinate, schedule, and prioritize service work
• assign and monitor technician work
• review work orders and support billing
• coach and develop assigned technicians
• recommend inventory stocking decisions
• monitor productivity, work quality, customer commitments, and gross profit
• maintain accurate customer and service records
• promote dealer programs and services.
