What you'll do

• Serve as primary customer contact after contract award
• define scope and deliverables
• establish milestones with engineering
• coordinate with operations, supply chain, planning, quality, sales, test, and engineering
• negotiate contract changes
• communicate status, risks, and mitigation
• prepare monthly revenue forecasts
• manage parallel projects
• maintain contract files and status reports
• coordinate packaging, shipping, payments, and invoices
• conduct post-shipment reviews.
