What you'll do

• Plan warehouse and storage-area layouts

• check record accuracy and stock levels
• schedule inventories
• investigate inventory discrepancies
• set work procedures and schedules
• direct workflow and issue instructions
• review work for accuracy and policy compliance
• improve procedures
• resolve grievances, errors, and complaints
• manage subordinate managers and oversee their units
• carry out management responsibilities including training, work assignment, performance appraisal, and problem resolution.
