What you'll do

• Greet clients and patients
• complete check-in and check-out and communicate patient status and flow changes
• manage client communications and appointment scheduling
• explain hospital services
• handle sensitive situations professionally
• maintain patient records and capture charges
• process payments, refunds, reconciliation, and deposits
• fill veterinary prescriptions and provide instructions
• assist with product sales and inventory
• support veterinarians, technicians, and the Practice Manager
• maintain a clean and safe hospital environment
• participate in opening, closing, and weekend duties as assigned.
