The Line Cook and Expo role is onsite in Asheville, NC. Starting pay is $21 per hour. Pack’s Tavern and The Century Room are family-owned and operated in downtown Asheville, with a focus on excellent food and genuine hospitality. The role prepares lunch and dinner menu items, works kitchen stations, and helps coordinate tickets and communication at the expo window. It contributes to consistent food quality and accurate, efficient service during busy kitchen operations.

What you'll do

• Prepare menu items for lunch and dinner
• work multiple stations as needed
• coordinate tickets and communicate with kitchen and front-of-house teams at expo
• maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
• keep the station clean, organized, and stocked
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• assist with prep, cleaning, and closing.
