What you'll do

• Build rapport and maintain healthy boundaries
• supervise youth onsite and during community activities
• provide phone and door coverage
• support crisis prevention and intervention
• teach basic life skills
• lead skill-building groups and workshops
• maintain awareness of community resources
• inspect common areas
• prepare shift notes and incident reports
• and support daily program operations.
