What you'll do
- Research and prospect participant leads and partner contacts
- manage outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
- coordinate meetings, events, and program activities
- draft communications and newsletters
- manage social media content and assessment scheduling
- maintain participant files and systems
- track attendance, assignments, and progress
- respond to inquiries
- log interactions and technical assistance
- compile USDA and internal reporting data
- support grant research and documentation
- maintain partner contacts and coordination workflows.
