What you'll do

• Sweep and mop floors as needed
• scrape and wash dishes by hand or machine
• wash pots, pans, trays, worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
• remove trash and clean garbage cans
• sort bottles
• polish silver if required
• transfer supplies and equipment
• set up banquet tables when required
• wash and peel vegetables when required
• put away clean utensils and rotate stock.
