What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain an annual special-events calendar
  • plan event logistics, negotiate with vendors, coordinate on-site execution, and assess results
  • prepare and monitor event budgets
  • build relationships with supporters, donors, corporate partners, volunteers, and community organizations
  • manage participation, attendance, sponsorship, registration, and ticketing systems
  • support donor outreach and fundraising materials
  • coordinate volunteers and internal teams
  • contribute to event marketing and outreach
  • support program and neighborhood-site events.
