Restoration Supervisor / Crew Chief

The Restoration Supervisor / Crew Chief role is onsite in Tacoma, WA, with compensation of $25–$30 per hour. The position is the front-line representative of SERVPRO Team Friermuth, which restores lives and property and aims to provide customers with calm, clarity, and confidence. The role coordinates and performs restoration project work, supervises technicians, and monitors quality and customer satisfaction. It helps fulfill service needs by managing project resources and documentation, communicating progress, and supporting safe, effective work.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and perform scheduled production processes and ensure quality control
• manage customer and client experience and satisfaction
• communicate expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• document accurate job files
• manage labor and consumable usage
• communicate project progress and issues to the restoration project manager and office staff
• follow OSHA job-safety guidelines
• protect and properly use equipment and materials
• coach and train restoration technicians.

Why this role

Requires a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record, availability for a rotating on-call schedule, and at least one year of commercial cleaning, restoration, or construction experience. High school diploma or GED is preferred; IICRC certification is a plus but not required. Dental, health, and vision insurance are available on day one; 401(k) with 4% employer match after one year.
