Retail Associate

Compensation is $12–$14 per hour. The Retail Associate role is onsite in Westerville, OH. Marion Goodwill Industries’ retail transactions and donations help fund job training and community programs. The associate supports a positive shopping experience while helping maintain store operations. The role combines customer assistance and register work with merchandise handling, store presentation, and support for promotions and team goals.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers in person and by phone
• process register transactions and discounts
• promote the Change Round Up program
• keep checkout and front-of-store areas clean and organized
• bag and wrap merchandise
• assist with displays, stocking, and returns
• support promotions, signage, and seasonal campaigns
• contribute to store safety and team goals
• help train new cashiers as needed.
