IT Support Technician

Job overview

The IT Support Technician role is onsite in Webb City, Missouri, at the company’s manufacturing plant. Compensation is $18.25–$22 per hour. The role supports reliable and secure technology through troubleshooting, documentation, inventory tracking, and collaboration with the IT team.

What you'll do

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
• troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• monitor systems and networks
• document IT processes and troubleshooting
• provide support by phone, email, chat, ticketing system, and in person
• support software installation and licensing
• maintain computers, phones, printers, servers, and network devices
• manage Active Directory accounts
• maintain Ethernet and fiber-optic cabling
• prioritize and resolve requests
• track hardware inventory
• safely operate scissor lifts for network lines and equipment.
