What you'll do

• Monitor and assess intrusion detection alarms and security events
• respond to emergency and routine security calls
• dispatch law enforcement and first responders when required
• manage site entry and exit and intrusion-system disarm events
• prepare incident reports and shift logs
• conduct system checks, video tours, and reviews of video and access-control records
• create repair requests and validate corrective maintenance
• follow CSOC policies and regulatory procedures.
