What you'll do

• Maintain daily program structure
• complete physician-ordered observation rounds and safety checks
• support de-escalation and coping skills per treatment plans
• conduct room and luggage searches
• provide bathroom monitoring
• take vital signs, weights, and urine specific gravity when applicable
• participate in group facilitation and document in the EHR
• support meals and snacks, including coaching at eating-disorder treatment locations
• complete patient and event documentation
• provide transportation and other support as needed.
