Shift Lead in Training

The trainee develops toward shift leadership by overseeing shift operations, directing and coaching workers, managing cash, resolving conflicts, and checking equipment. The role helps keep shifts running smoothly while maintaining service and safety standards.

• Provide direction and feedback to workers
