RN Clinical Manager

Oversees clinical operations for the location, including patient care delivery, staff management, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance, working onsite in-office. Reviews referrals, determines admission appropriateness, assigns clinicians, and ensures Plans of Care meet patient needs and agency standards. Guides, supports, and educates clinicians; helps goal-set, care planning, and clin
