The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Hybrid role is based in Greensboro, NC, with a flexible hybrid arrangement and up to 50% remote services. Compensation is $85–$100 per hour. The BCBA joins Blossom ABA Therapy’s collaborative clinical team, which focuses on exceptional clinical care and helping clients thrive. The BCBA assesses clients, develops and updates treatment plans, analyzes clinical data, and supervises behavior technicians. Collaboration with caregivers, families, schools, and other professionals helps promote consistent support and progress across settings.

What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and reassessments
• develop treatment plans and update programs based on client progress and clinical needs
• provide telehealth and in-person services
• analyze clinical data to guide evidence-based decisions
• supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, training, and feedback
• collaborate with caregivers, families, schools, and other professionals
• maintain timely clinical documentation
• communicate scheduling, technology, travel, or service barriers.
