Agentic Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Manage 1–2 scrum teams building the Agent SDK, RAG pipeline, code execution sandbox, evaluations, and observability
• set standards for agent specifications, delegation, and verification
• coordinate parallel platform workstreams
• own SDK conventions, agent instructions, evaluation harnesses, and playbooks
• shape the SDK roadmap, APIs, and guardrails with platform users
• coach and mentor engineers
• manage execution roadmaps and delivery expectations
• support hiring and process improvement.
