The Assistant General Manager, Sales is a full-time, onsite role in Lakeville, MN. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. The position supports Goldfish Swim School’s goal of providing a welcoming, enrollment-focused school experience and helping children be safe in and around water. The assistant general manager supports daily operations, enrollment growth, and customer service while coaching the Front Desk team. The role helps families move from initial contact through enrollment and swim lessons, while maintaining facility standards and supporting the full operation during assigned shifts.

What you'll do

• Welcome members and families
• keep the facility clean and organized
• oversee first-day swimmer processes
• manage enrollment leads and follow-up
• track pipeline, conversion, and enrollment trends
• coach Front Desk staff and provide feedback
• plan community events and build local partnerships
• serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts and support aquatics, front desk, and facilities as needed.
