The Shift Leader role is onsite in Syracuse, NY. Pay is $16.25–$19.00 per hour, plus tips. The Wolak Group operates a network of Dunkin’ franchise locations focused on serving guests coffee, beverages, baked goods, and snacks. The Shift Leader helps maintain restaurant operations and guest service by modeling service standards, training and coaching employees, and ensuring assigned duties are completed and food and drinks are served safely and to quality standards.

What you'll do

• Model and lead the team in delivering guest service
• train and coach new and existing employees
