What you'll do

• Source, structure, negotiate, and close debt and equity capital
• run or manage competitive loan processes
• negotiate loan documents and joint venture agreements
• coordinate due diligence and financing closings
• analyze investment opportunities and model project cash flows and returns
• prepare investor communications
• conduct property and market tours
• build relationships with brokers, lenders, and investors
• and manage financial risk through structuring.
