What you'll do

• Respond to group inquiries, gather requirements and coordinate follow-up
• coordinate reservations, ticketing, confirmations, contracts, deposits and payment information
• assist with proposals, quotes and packages using approved guidelines
• communicate with group organizers
• coordinate visit requirements across park teams
• maintain CRM and booking records
• track bookings, attendance, sales activity, conversion and revenue
• assist with booking issues and process improvements.
