What you'll do

• Lead and hold area service managers and teams accountable
• maintain the area operations scorecard
• lead weekly and quarterly EOS meeting rhythms
• implement and improve operating processes
• manage service quality, route capacity, inventory, and fleet
• coach supervisors and technicians
• enforce safety and compliance
• manage labor, production, budgets, gross profit, and customer retention
• partner with sales, customer service, office leadership, and finance.
