What you'll do

• Assess residents and provide nursing care within the RN scope of practice
• direct and supervise LPN, CMT and CNA staff
• complete resident monitoring, charting and reporting
• participate in care-plan meetings
• order, interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests
• modify treatment plans as indicated under physician or DON supervision
• monitor resident care, including diet and physical activity
• protect resident privacy.
