What you'll do

• Monitor the property for maintenance needs, safety hazards, and repairs
• maintain community amenities and common grounds
• support upkeep of lighting, doors, walkways, waste stations, vehicles, and other assets
• assist with community events and board meetings
• coordinate with management and vendors
• perform seasonal and preventive maintenance such as pressure washing, painting, filter changes, and light equipment servicing
• respond to approved work orders and occasional after-hours emergencies
• maintain supply inventory
• report violations, safety concerns, and unusual activity.
