What you'll do

• Oversee SOC operations and monitoring of alarms, CCTV, and access control
• manage SOC and badging staff
• coordinate incident response and emergency communications
• investigate and escalate incidents
• manage badge issuance and access permissions
• maintain Lenel and V2 records
• conduct CCTV investigations and weekly system audits
• coordinate system repairs and upgrades
• develop SOPs and training
• report metrics and support compliance reviews.
